Our story

Our story Behind every package we send is a story of healing. For a long time, I poured every ounce of myself into everyone around me. As a wife and a mom to four incredible children—from one in college to my youngest starting kindergarten—my days were filled with caring for the people I love most. As a special needs mama raising a child with ADHD and autism and another with Down syndrome, I naturally put everyone else’s needs before my own. Somewhere along the way… I disappeared. Life brought seasons I never imagined. My mental health reached a point where I needed to be hospitalized, and I found myself wondering how I had become someone I no longer recognized. Then I lost my dad. The grief was so overwhelming that simply making it through each day felt like climbing a mountain. I was surviving, but I wasn’t truly living. As I slowly began rebuilding myself, I discovered that healing doesn’t always happen through grand gestures. Sometimes it begins with the smallest moments—a quiet evening spent journaling, a cozy pair of socks, a favorite pen, a face mask, a thoughtful surprise, a comforting cup of coffee, or simply taking a few uninterrupted minutes to breathe. Those little moments became lifelines. They reminded me that I wasn’t just a wife. I wasn’t just a mom. I wasn’t just a caregiver. I wasn’t just someone carrying the weight of everyone else. I was a person worthy of love, rest, joy, and care too. That realization changed everything. rise.restore.repeat. was born from that journey. This isn’t just a mystery scoop business. It’s a place created with the hope that every package feels like someone gently reminding you to take care of yourself, too. Every surprise is chosen with the intention of bringing comfort, encouragement, and a little spark of joy to your day—especially if you’re walking through a difficult season.
